Holds are poured on demand, so production time sets the ship date. Everything ships from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Time to ship
- 2 working days
- In-stock hardware, gym equipment, and seconds.
- 4 working days
- Small retail hold orders. These go to the front of the line.
- 2 to 4 weeks
- Larger hold orders. In a hurry? Contact us or leave a note on the order and we'll do what we can to prioritize it.
- Faster without a color
- Orders without a specified color usually pour sooner.
Delivery
Most orders ship UPS. Orders over about 300 lbs get the option to ship freight.
Freight is priced on the spot market. Once your order is packed and weighed we bid it out, which gets the lowest rate we've found, then contact you with the final cost. To pay it, log in, buy a gift certificate in that amount, and reference the order number in the notes.
International shipping
